Samsung Pay is a convenient, fast and secure payment service. It allows you to pay for purchases with your smartphone for
any terminals that accept contactless and magnetic stripe payments.

In addition, the service allows you to make money transfers and pay in online stores and applications.

Thanks to proprietary MST (Magnetic Secure Transmission) technology, Samsung Pay is accepted for payment
wherever you can pay for a purchase with a regular bank card using contactless technology or magnetic
strip.

Samsung Pay is available on original Samsung products for local distribution
of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

  2. Sign up for Samsung Pay again.

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to select a card in Samsung Pay

*The web page of the online store can be opened on any device (smartphone or computer) in any
browser. Confirmation of online purchases is only available on smartphones compatible with Samsung Pay.

Internet connection is required only for adding a card to the application, making online purchases and
money transfers. To pay at payment terminals in retail outlets, the Internet is not required on the device.

Samsung Pay displays the last 10 purchases. To view it, select a map from the list and open it.

The display of information about completed purchases in the Samsung Pay transaction history depends on the data,
received in a notification from merchants and payment system (provided that the device is connected to
Internet).

Cardholders of Samsung Pay partner banks in Russia and Belarus can make purchases in any country in the world,
where Mastercard and Visa bank cards are accepted for payment.

The possibility of international purchases depends on the Issuing Bank. Before traveling abroad, check with your Bank,
is it possible to pay by card via Samsung Pay abroad.

Purchases are returned in the same way as with regular purchases – in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus and the rules
store. To return a purchase, you must contact the store.

To return a purchase made with a card token using Samsung Pay, you must use the same

Samsung Pay Money Transfer service is only available on smartphones compatible with Samsung Pay. Transfers
are made between Mastercard / Visa cards of Russian banks in rubles. To send a transfer smartphone
must be connected to the Internet.

Receive a money transfer sent with Samsung Pay to a card number (Mastercard or Visa)
Recipient, happens automatically. To receive a transfer, the smartphone must be connected to the network
Internet.

  • If the recipient is a registered Samsung Pay Money Transfer user, they will receive
    push-notification about the transfer, by opening which the recipient will choose a card token to receive the transfer,
    added to Samsung Pay.

    To receive transfers to this card automatically, check “Use this card for
    receive transfers by default.” You can change the map to receive by default in the menu
    “Money transfers” – “Settings”.

    If the Recipient does not have any payment cards added to Samsung Pay, upon receipt of the transfer
    the app will offer to add the first card to Samsung Pay.

  • If the recipient is not a Samsung Pay user, they will receive an SMS message from the Money Operator
    transfers with a link, after which you will need to confirm the phone number and indicate the card number
    to receive.

    To receive transfers to this card automatically, on the receipt confirmation web page
    of the transfer, check the box “Remember the card, I agree with saving the data of subsequent
    transfers”.

    To change the card for receiving the transfer, click “Change card” on the confirmation page
    receive the transfer and enter another card number.
